Service Terms & Conditions

Aeris Noctarion, LLC Effective Date: August 2026

By booking or purchasing any service offered by Aeris Noctarion, LLC — including Threshold Readings, The Threshold Work, Threshold Communion, The Operator's Consultation, ritual services, mentorship, or other spiritual and educational offerings — you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. Nature of Services

Services are educational, spiritual, consultative, and reflective in nature. They are intended to support personal insight, self-exploration, decision-making, spiritual practice, and intentional growth.

Services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional services. No therapeutic, clinical, medical, legal, or fiduciary relationship is established through participation in any service.

Educational Psychology Disclaimer. Although Aeris Noctarion is an Educational Psychologist, the services offered through Aeris Noctarion, LLC are provided as educational, consultative, and spiritual offerings. They are separate and distinct from any educational psychology practice, and do not constitute psychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or mental health treatment, nor the establishment of a psychologist-client relationship.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

All services are provided with care, experience, and professional integrity. Spiritual, ritual, educational, and consultative work is influenced by many factors beyond the practitioner's control. No specific outcomes, manifestations, communications, insights, or results can be guaranteed.

Ritual services are spiritual and symbolic in nature. Participation does not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, or material outcome. Clients are encouraged to approach ritual work with discernment, realistic expectations, and personal responsibility.

3. Client Responsibility & Agency

You retain full responsibility for your choices, actions, interpretations, and decisions before, during, and after any service. Services are intended to support personal agency, discernment, and informed reflection — not to replace them.

4. Age Requirement & Ethical Boundaries

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in any service.

Services will not be provided in connection with:

Work directed toward or concerning a specific minor
Abuse or exploitation
Stalking or harassment
Illegal activity
Coercion, manipulation, or control of another person
Requests intended to override another individual's autonomy or consent
Activities that create a substantial risk of harm to oneself or others

5. Right to Decline, Pause, or Redirect

I reserve the right to decline, pause, modify, or redirect services at any time if a request is deemed unsafe, unethical, inappropriate, outside my scope of practice, or misaligned with the values of the work. Alternative services, referrals, consultation, or preparatory work may be recommended when appropriate.

Pre-working divination. Payment is made at the time of booking. Divination is performed before undertaking any ritual working, to confirm the approach is sound and that the work has a reasonable likelihood of being of service.

If the divination indicates that the working should not proceed as requested, you will be notified and invited to select an alternative service of equal or lesser value, applied as a credit against the amount already paid. Where the alternative selected is of lesser value, the difference is retained as compensation for the divination and consultation already performed. Payments are not refunded under this provision.

I will explain what emerged in the divination and why a different approach is recommended, and will suggest which of my services is likely to serve the situation better.

6. Payment

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise specified. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

7. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation (Live Sessions)

This section applies to live one-on-one sessions, including The Threshold Work and The Operator's Consultation.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Within that window, I will gladly rebook you subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments ("no-shows"), are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
If I need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time or, at your election, a full refund.

8. Delivery & Refunds (Recorded and Ritual Services)

This section applies to Threshold Readings, Threshold Communion, and ritual workings.

Booking slots are placeholders. Recorded and ritual services are not performed live and may not be undertaken at the precise time slot booked. Ritual timing is chosen with care and is not scheduled to a client's calendar.

Delivery windows. Measured from your scheduled time slot:

Service delivered within:

Threshold Reading 5 business days

Threshold Communion within 10 business days

Ritual workings within 10 business days

If delivery will exceed the stated window, you will be notified and given a revised date.

Refunds. Payment is made at the time of booking. Because these services require preparation, divination, ritual labor, and materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Where I decline to proceed with a requested working following pre-working divination, Section 5 applies: you may select an alternative service of equal or lesser value as a credit against the amount paid.

Rush requests. Expedited turnaround may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Contact me before booking.

9. Recording & Materials

Sessions may not be recorded, transcribed, or captured by any means without my prior written consent.

Any teachings, methods, exercises, frameworks, materials, recordings, or written reports provided through consultations, mentorship, courses, or other services are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Aeris Noctarion, LLC. They may not be reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. Clients agree to engage with such material responsibly and at their own discretion.

10. Confidentiality

Client communications, personal information, and service-related discussions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeris Noctarion, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any service or reliance on any information provided. Total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs that booking. The most current version is available at AerisNoctarion.com.

14. Agreement

By booking, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms & Conditions.
